"Ultimately, I rendered the full collective released works ('The Fame', 'The Fame Monster', all the b-sides, etc) - and what I presented in the album is the best of it. I could of easily just packaged ever single track up, in all it's 35-minute-a-piece glory; but I wanted something coherent and simple. A real, normal lengthen [sic] album people could enjoy and listen to. Then I added 'Ooh La La (Bad Romance)' and 'A Game (LoveGame)', which are filler tracks, for atmosphere.
